| Just as 2000 and 2003, the 2007 grapes show a high degree of maturity early in the year. In August, the Langenlois vineyards benefited from an ideal interplay between sun and rain, compensating the lack of precipitation during July. This creates perfect conditions for the harvest period.
Harvest will begin with the manual selection of the best grapes for Bründlmayer Brut and Brut Rosé. We will have to work relatively fast, as the grapes for the sparkling wine must not be too ripe and heavy. A cool autumn would be a great advantage. Who wants to cross their fingers for us? |
