| The Sparkling Wine |
As we attach great importance to the enjoyment of life, our range
includes a vintage-sparkling wine. During the first September weeks the
most suitable grapes for the sparkling wine stock are harvested.
These grapes should not be too sweet, the acid fresh and lively, but
not aggressive. Following classic fermentation, the wine stock for
Bründlmayer Brut is aged on the yeast for around three years, then
hand-riddled (“remuage”) and disgorged in the cellar. Every year we
celebrate the result with the first glasses. |
