The young chef Gerhard Dorn is responsible for the sophisticated twist to the cuisine served in the Bründlmayer Renaissance property. Wines of the current vintage and other specialities can be enjoyed by the glass. The shady courtyard is an ideal spot for summer days, while the open hearth invites diners during the cooler season.

A member of the Austrian Sommelier Association, Niki Haugeneder will also offer you some of the finest international wines of the Académie Internationale du Vin, among them names such as Château Beaucastel, Domaine Dujac, and Angelo Gaja.
