Lively and pure aromas of citrus, pears and fresh apples as well as a bouquet of flowers, some yeasty element in a younger state of ripeness, then fine string of minerals on the palate and typical peppery spice; completely dry and also therefore medium bodied, with again sappy fruit, not opulent yet dense in structure , a very long and elegant mineral finish. Flowers & fresh (exotic) fruit (citrus and pineapple); apples and pears some peppery spice & just a hint of toasty & nutty aromas , on the palate dry following through with mouthwatering fruit also grapefruit, pineapple, melon, lots of minerals and some peppery spice, concentrated, with a good grip, and harmonically integrating acidity, a quite subtle wine well balanced showing typical minerals and spice in the long after taste.

Attractive complex nose of exotic fruit (pineapple, quinces, golden gage, grapefruit) enriched with flowery aromas, honey, peppery spice and butter scotch, time and aeration are needed to open, but patience is awarded with opulent exotic fruit, acacia flowers & spice in balance with mineral and vegetal elements, and the feeling of multi-layered extract as well as delicately refreshing acidity.

Delicate toasty, smoky and honey aromas, followed by grapefruit pineapple, and pears, with peppery spicy tines of herbs and fir tree, at the beginning soft and silky, then sappy and powerful, tightly structured, multilayered, with a firm grip and exotic fruit on the palate (pineapples and citrus fruits) appetizing extract sweetness, well-balanced, very good length and a soft , mineral peppery finish, very good aging potential.
