White wine grapes have now changed their colour from green to yellow, red wine grapes from gree to red.
Not it is possible to recognize unripe and underdeveloped berries and to eliminate them together with berries affected by peronospora and sunburn.
The remaining grapes now carry in them all our hopes for a good vintage. |
